Frequently asked questions

Here are answers to questions our customer ask.

An onward ticket is proof that you have plans to leave the country you are about to enter. It’s often a requirement by immigration authorities to ensure visitors do not intend to stay illegally.

Yes, providing and using a verifiable flight reservation as proof of onward travel is generally accepted and legal. You are presenting a genuine booking that exists in the airline system at the time of verification.

Yes, we provide a verifiable booking with a valid PNR (Passenger Name Record) from the airline’s reservation system.

Yes, our onward ticket itineraries are often suitable for visa applications that require proof of intended travel plans.

Not necessarily. A return ticket shows you are flying back to your origin. An onward ticket shows you are flying out of the country, but it could be to any other country, not just your home country.

Yes, in most cases you can use the provided PNR and your last name to check the booking status directly on the airline’s official website (“Manage booking”).

You choose at checkout: 48 hours, 7 days or 14 days from issuance. We keep a live reservation for the whole period — for longer windows it may be refreshed with a new code before it expires, and we email you every update.

You will receive a legitimate flight itinerary that includes your name, flight details (flight numbers, departure/arrival airports and times) and a PNR/booking reference number, as a PDF.

Onwardify is significantly cheaper. Refundable tickets are often very expensive, and getting the refund can be slow or complicated. Our service provides the required proof quickly and affordably without tying up a large amount of money.

Most reservations are delivered within 10–20 minutes of payment, around the clock. If you choose “receive later”, the ticket is generated and emailed at the exact time you select.

Yes — up to nine passengers per booking. Everyone appears under the same PNR. Infants under 2 can be added for a small extra fee.

No. This is a reservation for documentation purposes only. If you decide to fly the route, buy the ticket directly from the airline.

Credit and debit cards via Stripe, or PayPal. If your card is declined (common with some international cards), PayPal almost always goes through.

Our system picks a real, available flight on your route at the moment of booking. If that exact flight can no longer be held, we reserve the closest valid alternative and tell you by email — or refund you if nothing suitable exists.

Delivery guarantee: if your ticket is not delivered within 2 hours of payment we refund in full. Duplicate orders are refunded in full. See the full Refund Policy.
