These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website onwardify.net and the services offered on it (the "Service"), operated by Onwardify ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Reservation" or "onward ticket" means a temporary, unticketed flight booking held in an airline reservation system, identified by a Passenger Name Record ("PNR"), created for travel-planning and proof-of-onward-travel purposes.
"PDF itinerary" means the document we deliver containing your Reservation details and PNR.
"You" means the person placing an order or using the Service.

2. Nature of the Service — please read carefully

We do not sell airline tickets. The Service provides a held (reserved), unticketed flight reservation with a real, verifiable PNR. A Reservation is not a paid ticket and does not entitle you to board any flight. Reservations are held for a limited time and expire automatically after the hold window shown at checkout if not ticketed. You should not rely on a Reservation for actual travel.

Reservations are intended for legitimate purposes such as satisfying "proof of onward travel" requirements and supporting visa applications, where a confirmed paid ticket is not required or is not advisable to purchase before approval.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide the personal data of any passenger named in the order.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide passenger names exactly as shown on the passport, using Latin characters.
Ensure all trip details (route, dates, contact email) are correct before payment. We are not responsible for errors in the information you submit.
Independently verify the specific requirements of the relevant airline, embassy, consulate or immigration authority before relying on a Reservation.
Review the routing and transit airports ("via …") shown for each flight option before selecting, and choose a routing compatible with your transit-visa situation. If you need a specific routing (e.g., no U.S. transit), state it in the Order notes before paying.
Comply with all applicable airline rules, immigration requirements and local laws.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Add-on options (e.g. extended validity) may incur additional fees shown at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
By submitting payment you authorise us to create the Reservation on your behalf and to charge the amount shown.
All fees represent our service fee for creating and delivering the Reservation and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

After successful payment we create your Reservation and deliver the PDF itinerary to the email address you provide, typically within a short time. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking your spam/junk folder.

7. Validity and expiry

Each Reservation is held by the airline for a limited period (typically 24–72 hours). If you select an extended-validity option (up to 7 or 14 days), we keep a valid Reservation in place for that window by refreshing it before it expires, which may result in a new Reservation and a new PNR being issued to you by email. You should always use the most recent Reservation we send you. Validity is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on airline availability; we do not guarantee any specific validity duration beyond what is confirmed at the time, and airlines may release a Reservation at any time.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: if we are unable to deliver a valid Reservation, you are refunded in full automatically; visa or entry outcomes are never grounds for a refund.

Immediate performance and withdrawal. By placing an order you expressly request that we begin performing the Service immediately after payment. You acknowledge that once the Reservation has been created and delivered, the Service has been fully performed, and — to the extent permitted by law — any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply to distance contracts (including under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(a)) is thereby lost.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to commit fraud, to deceive authorities through forged or altered documents, or for any unlawful purpose. You may not resell, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service. We may refuse, cancel or refund any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that a Reservation will be accepted by any airline, embassy, consulate or authority, or that it will remain valid for any particular time. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onwardify, its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from (a) a visa refusal or immigration/entry decision, (b) an airline, embassy or authority declining to accept a Reservation, (c) expiry of a Reservation, or (d) errors in information you provided. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onwardify from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Intellectual property

All content, branding and materials on the website are owned by or licensed to Onwardify and may not be copied or reused without permission.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
